If we detect that you have opened multiple accounts using the same email, phone number, payment method, or device, we reserve the right to suspend all duplicate accounts and restrict your ability to withdraw funds. Ensure your new password is at least eight characters long, includes uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters, and is unique to bolago (do not reuse it elsewhere). Store your password securely in a password manager or write it down in a safe place. Never share your password with anyone, not even bolago staff. If you receive a suspicious password-reset email you did not request, ignore it and change your password immediately through the login screen. If you cannot access your registered email address, contact our support team with proof of identity, and we will help you recover your account.

bolago services are available only in jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted by local law. Our primary markets include Indonesia (Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and other supported regions). We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited.
