Getting bolago on your device
We provide bolago via three distribution methods. Android users can download the APK file directly from our website and install it by allowing unknown sources in device settings. iOS users access bolago through Safari or Chrome, where our responsive design adapts to any screen size without needing an App Store listing. Web-app users on desktop or mobile can bookmark bolago in their browser and return instantly without reinstalling.
Android installation
To install bolago on Android, download the APK file from our website, then open your device settings and enable "Unknown Sources" under Security. This permission allows you to install apps outside the Google Play Store. Once enabled, open the APK file from your Downloads folder and follow the installation prompts. The process takes less than one minute.
After installation completes, open bolago and sign in with your username or email. If you do not yet have a bolago account, tap "Register" to create one. During registration, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and date of birth. We verify your identity by requesting a government-issued ID photo and a utility bill or bank statement showing your registered address. KYC verification typically takes two to four hours on business days, after which your account unlocks for deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet.
iOS and web-app access
iOS users do not download from the App Store. Instead, open Safari, navigate to bolago.bet, and tap the Share button. Select "Add to Home Screen" to create an app-like icon on your home screen. This web app behaves like a native app—it opens full-screen and caches game assets so you can access your account even if your connection is slow. Alternatively, you can use Chrome or any other browser and simply bookmark the site.
Web-app and browser users on desktop benefit from a larger screen for reviewing football odds, live-dealer table layouts, and account statements. However, mobile devices load faster because we optimize image sizes and compress data payloads. During peak hours around Liga 1 or Piala Indonesia fixtures, mobile users experience slightly faster response times than desktop users sharing the same servers.

App vs. browser: what is the difference
The bolago Android APK app caches game assets locally on your device, so match schedules, game information, and slot-game graphics load faster on subsequent visits. The app can send push notifications for withdrawal confirmations, KYC status updates, and live-match alerts—your browser cannot. The app also works offline for viewing account history and past bet slips; your browser requires an internet connection for every action. However, the browser version requires no installation, works across all devices equally, and automatically receives updates whenever you refresh the page. Most users install the Android app for speed and notifications, but keep the browser version available as a backup if they lose device access or need to reset their password.
Device compatibility
We support Android 7.0 and later on phones and tablets. We also support iOS 12 and later through the Safari browser or home-screen web app. Windows Phone and older Android versions (below 7.0) cannot install or run bolago. Desktop browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) work without restriction. If your device is incompatible, you can still access bolago on any other device by signing in with the same username and password—your account balance and history will sync immediately.
Solving common installation issues
If you see a "certificate not trusted" warning on iOS, tap "Details" and then "Visit this website" to proceed. This occurs because our SSL certificate is valid but your browser is warning you as a precaution. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your login and payment data, so it is safe to continue. If the Android APK installation fails, ensure Unknown Sources is enabled in Settings → Apps & Notifications → Advanced → Special App Access → Install Unknown Apps. If you see a "storage full" error, delete old app caches or unused apps to free up space, then retry the installation. If you forget your bolago password after installation, tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen, enter your email address, and we will send a reset link. Password resets typically arrive within five minutes.
Data, permissions, and account security
When you install the bolago Android app, it requests permission to access your device storage (for caching), phone state (to pause notifications during calls), and internet connection. We do not request permission to access your contacts, photos, location, or microphone. The app stores your login session locally in encrypted form; if someone steals your phone, they cannot access bolago without your password. When you log out or uninstall the app, all local data is deleted. We encrypt all communication between your device and our servers using TLS 1.2 or later, so your deposit transactions via online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking are never visible to your internet service provider or network administrator. Your KYC documents (ID photo, address proof) are stored on isolated, non-public servers separate from your gaming account. We delete rejected KYC documents after thirty days. We never share your personal data with third parties except where required by law or payment processors for fraud prevention.
